With over 10 years of hospitality experience, Haré Catering wishes to bring authentic Japanese and Asian flavours to your table. From presentation to flavour, every dish is designed to be well-balanced and tasty, cooked fresh with seasonal ingredients.
Our signature Haré platter is a Japanese Tasting Platter. Presented on wooden trays, each platter holds around 50 pieces and consists an assortment of ten different flavours. A Japanese accordion-folded menu comes with each platter and is designed for guests to explore and locate their selections.
We specialise in Japanese-French desserts as well, from Matcha Basque Cheesecakes, chou-creme, and many more. A dessert table is perfect for a birthday, wedding, or special celebration.
